Surrogate mother for a gay friend?

Well I have to agree with you in this situation. I mean this is really one of those things that you should both agree on...and I don't see why they couldn't do it artificially...if he's gay why would he even want to do it the natural way? I know that I could never carry a child for nine months and then just hand it over. What she is doing is not the same thing as a surrogate mother. In surrogate cases they actually take and egg from the mother and fertilize it with sperm from the father and then implant that into the surrogates uterus so the surrogate is actually not the childs mother at all. If your wife did this she would actually be the childs mother because they would be using her egg. This really is something that you two should discuss in detail, she should be a little more understanding of your feelings.
