My 5 year old daughter keeps misbehaving in school! HELP!!?

My 5 year old daughter keeps on misbehaving in school and at home! We have tried everything!! Talking to her, time outs, taking things away and nothing seems to be working! Everyday when I pick her up from school and ask the teacher how was she today? I get the same answer not good. The teacher thinks it's probally just a phase but I'm not so sure!! And when she does something bad her whole additude is like she could care less!! Any idea's to help me out would be greatly appreciated!! Thankyou!!
