How do you know if a cyst is cancerous?

numerous right ovarian cysts (small) one large 2cm one. 4mm endometrial cyst found from focal ademomyosis, is what my results from the lab came back ( had a ultrasound done and internal ultra sound) would they have told me if it was cancerous?? im 20, had the pain in stomach for 7 years now since starting period
