Why is there not a serial killer out there that specializes in killing other murders and child molesters?

Are serial killers just such weak losers that they can only pick on the weak and innocent. Why isn't there a serial killer out there waiting and stalking the prison's exit doors when these convicted child muders and child molestors are getting released. Why are these predators not the prey?
