Do you live in Maine? What is it like?

So, when I'm older I REALLY want to move there. Long Island or Southport to be exact. Both small towns. :] But, what is it like there, like, is it snowy, pretty, and I want somewhere right on the ocean. Haha, so yeah, just what is it like, do you like it? Thanks!
