In and the City Movie whats the artist/song playing when Carrie holds the Vogue and walks down sidewalk?

After Carrie and Miranda are in the drug store to find a costume, Carrie spots the Vogue magazine with her wedding photo spread in it. Carrie is then walking down the sidewalk, holding the Vogue and wearing a long black coat, black hat, and black belt...and that is when the song is playing. The song is a little more fierce than the rest of the music in the movie...anyone know?
