Can a non-professional sell on Brick lane market?

I've heard it's possible to just come with your stuff on Sunday and pay to somebody who goes around, something like 30 quids if you just have a few things to sell. Did somebody do it? I've a few good stuff I'd like to give away, probably only on the adjacent streets isnt it? Cheers
