What things should I definitely see and do in Bruge, Belgium (museums, rides, places etc) in just one day?

I will be travelling from Brussels to Bruges by train and will stay for just the day and go back to Brussels, so what are some great things to see and do there. Restuarants, museums, monuments, cs, places?
