What kind of wieght lose should I expect?

I am 41, female, 5'10" 200lbs. Just started eating healthy. Use my Tony Little Glider 30 minutes a day and my beginners Pilates tape 3 times a week. I take chromium picolinate, Hoodia57, multi vitamin, and Ginko to help my memory.
