What are the uses for Catmint and Cat Gr?

For me having cat gr, which really is an oat or wheat gr, around keeps my felines off of the houseplants which can be toxic. The catnip is for entertainment purposes as it does make some cats high. It will also increase the appetites of some cats who are not interested in eating for some reason. My dogs will also eat the cat gr but then they also eat the gr outside. As long as they are not vomiting the gr, they are fine. Feed your dog a food that you can afford. I know that you are trying to do right by the dog but it won't help if you have to file bankruptcy to do so. Get the blood work done especially if she is drinking a lot of water. Some store brand foods are actually pretty good. So many people get hooked up on brand names that they forget to turn the bag over and look at the ingredients. I feed a good quality meat based food with either few grains or no grains. I look at the ingredient list. I really don't put too much emphasis on brand or where the food is purchased. In fact I purchase my dog and cat food at a livestock feed store. I feed a local brand which isn't available in many places. Even my allergy prone dog in doing well on this food.
