Types of faces.......in persians/himmies?

I was wondering....isnt there 3 types of persian faces? i know there is the "dollface" and the "extreme" but i could have swore there was one in the middle...not to pointy yet not too squishy??? I have an "extreme" persian that i rescued a few months ago, and today i just drove 15 hours to save a flame point himmy from a horrible house where my sister told me that the man was going to kill him because he didnt want him anymore...he is so emaciated and he was so matted...it took 2 hours for us just to shave the mating out (i am a groomer and we had to use a surgical 40 blade)!!!! but anyway he is definitely pure bred (if you consider himmys full since they are a cross of persian and siamese) but his face confuses me...it is not extremely pushed in yet it is not not pushed in...it is half way there ha ha! i do not know if it is because he is poorly bred or if as i think there is a 3rd type of face shape...it really does not matter to me other then me being curious...i am just glad i could save him...he wouldnt have lasted long there...the man must have left him in a crate all day because he has chipped teeth, raw legs, and he doesnt even know how to walk correctly...and this man had him for 6 YEARS!!!! i just do not know how someone could do this to such a sweet boy...he gives tons of kisses and loves to cuddle!!!! I took tones of pics and even saved some of the pieces we had to shave off because i want to report him!
