What a load of dog-doo. Obviously someone's response to the fact that Christians are limited by the admonitions of sin and hell and have to account to Sky Daddy for all their actions. There is no risk-taking in Christianity. By its very rigidity and suppression of freedom of thought, individual risk is precluded. But, hey, it makes them feel like they are really wild and crazy.
